All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!
We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

With custom orders such as: Pokemon keycaps, custom wrist rest… the processing time is 3 – 4 weeks.

We absolutely love this. The lighted base really makes it pop!
It looks very nice overall. If you take a closer look, you can unfortunately see that some paint has chipped off the wolf figure. The 2 lamps in the moon stand out clearly because they are too bright and there were some adhesive residues on the back. The latter can of course be cleaned briefly, but it spoils the first impression a bit. Overall really nice as in the pictures but with small flaws.
